For quite some time I've been thinking about starting a blog so that I can share information and news related to Real Estate with my clients, customers, friends and family. Despite my 30 years of experience in Real Estate, there is something new to be learned every day. Changes are taking place today that we would never have imagined possible just two or three years ago. People have questions. Financing options are different. Pricing is no longer the simple effort of looking at past sales.
